A Designer at Heart developed the Ideal Interior Design for the Liv Brand for either refurbishments or newly built developments. The space imagined is a complex including 400 bedrooms and 600 sqm of amenity spaces, communal areas, and outdoors such as the courtyard displayed. For the general scope, the communal areas include reception, back of house, communal toilets, communal lounge, server/co-working lounge, meeting rooms, gym, cinema room, PDR, laundry, plus three different kinds of bedrooms and the LKD (communal kitchen). The brief was to create a strong visual identity for the brand, that reflected its already defined values and gave it visual consistency. Overall, the students are seen as adults approaching their professional life, so the space had to look more edgy, modern, and well-thought-out through interiors with a timeless design.
