INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT FOR A BUILT-TO-SELL DEVELOPMENT. Conceptual Design
A Designer at Heart has finalised the conceptual design of high-end amenities for a residential development in Costa del Sol, Spain.
We specified a variety of local materials and brands, but also paid attention to the longevity of the finishes, prioritising the need to keep all surfaces clean and functional spaces that could be used for different functions.
A Designer at Heart was appointed to create the interior design concept for high-end amenities in a residential development in Costa del Sol, Spain. The brief was to create a modern interior with a holiday feel but also suitable for different types of activities, ranging from coworking and servery to cosy lounge and gaming. A big part of the concept was the indoor/outdoor connection, making sure that view was visible in most of the indoor areas (despite a challenging layout) and that finishes and furniture were suitable for both uses to create continuity between the lounges and the terraces.
